Order processing
We process orders on business days after payment confirmation. If we detect address or payment inconsistencies, support may request extra validation before shipping.

- You will receive confirmation and updates once your order ships.
Shipping times and coverage
Times depend on destination and logistics carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary due to customs, high demand, or external conditions.
- Domestic shipping: usually 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping: usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a product error, contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate a solution.
Returns and refunds
